KomTeK Technologies environmentally approved forging facility (formerly Holbrook Forge Inc.) features direct spring mounted, fully programmable Banning hammers to produce close tolerance stainless, aluminum, high temperature, titanium, nickel and cobalt based alloy forgings ranging in size from ounces to 20 pounds.

KomTeK Technologies operates as a non-incentive based facility of 70+ employees who can efficiently produce order quantities ranging from 25 pieces to more than 100,000 pieces. Quality is our primary concern, and through the use of SPC, coordinate measuring and properly maintained equipment, our quality objectives are consistently met.

Forgings produced by KomTeK Technologies are used in many diverse application such as blades and vanes for gas turbine engines, high pressure stainless fittings and valves for the petrochemical and semiconductor industries, and hip prosthetics used in total hip replacements.
